"The man who led police on a winding chase through Dallas, Crandall, Mesquite and back to Dallas said from jail he did not have a plan. Tenorris Duncan refused to get out of his SUV when officers tried to arrest him Thursday morning for aggravated assault. Thats when he took off and led police on a chase that lasted about an hour. When I seen the police they just came towards me and they just jumped out the car with they guns and instead of just jumping behind me and rolling me like some sirens they just jumped out with they guns so I was like hey, you know, Im out of there, he said.
